Yama san spent last week finishing an extremely large furo destined for a Vermont ryokan project.

Today was my first day at Somakosha.

For reasons I cannot fully understand, I was invited to work at Somakosha as a carpentry apprentice earlier this year.  Accepting the job wasn't straightforward.
